    Psychic and mediumship readings, by Katy Swallow, using a variety of classic divination tools, including tarot, bones and/or tea leaves, whichever is a best fit for the reading at hand. Katy is a psychic and medium. Every reading uses a combination of these skills.

    Energy work sessions are also multi-disciplinary. I am trained as a reiki practitioner, but I’ve intentionally deconstructed my practice back to a more Earth based, collaborative one, centered on collaboration with our ancestral land spirits. Divination, drumming, and spirit work are the tools.

    Intuitive mentorship sessions are where we focus on your development as a reader, or magic worker. We’ve got single sessions available (with Katy Swallow) but for those who are ready to go deeper, or those who need structure, or even folks who are totally new to all of this and have no idea where to start…I’ve got subscriptions and packages where we can create a personalized journey for you, and support your path over time.

    Ancestor Work

    Ancestral Work, and other work relating to the dead, is truly one of our specialties, and you won’t find many workers with a broader or deeper experience in this area, than our in-house reader. Ancestor work means many things and can sometimes have culturally specific meanings. For our part, we focus on helping clients build healthy, mutually beneficial relationships with ancestors (genetic and non-genetic), facilitating ancestral healing, and resolving deep, persistent ancestral obstructions or conflicts.

    This work often overlaps with past life related issues, and honestly, a lot of readers make the mistake of assuming that everything relating to the past is a past life issue, when it may actually be an ancestral issue or a combination of the two. Our reader is persistent and perceptive in identifying the issues and delineating, to the best of their abilities and experience, the nature of the issue.

    Herbal Magic

    Plants are key allies in our journey toward reconnection to an animistic reality. We offer herbal consults, for folks looking for starting places in working with plants.

    I also create all of the Black Owl Apothecary herbal magical goods, featured in the online shop.
